Her July 30, 2026 dossier dubs her 'The Medical Lancet' - a coroner, surgeon, and blunt friend who spends every day around corpses, reading the last truths left behind by the dead. An earlier preview sheet gave her an even colder quote: "Life hasn't been kind to me. Death, on the other hand... has been a truer friend." Sharp-tongued and unsentimental, Firtho runs private medical experiments in the hidden back rooms of The Corner Clinic and knows exactly where to cut when a fight starts. Because of a congenital illness, she's hooked up to a life-support rig at all times, and she despises anyone who pities her for it. On the field, she's a Radiatio Guardian under the Survival & Healing style who fights with an amputation saw and syringes, and her Skill 'Second Heart' is the only direct party heal in the game.

Stacks up to 8 times and lasts 40s. During this, all characters on the team are healed over time, and all but Firtho also receive an instant heal. Parrying while holding the Skill button and draining HP immediately triggers a fully-charged Skill, consuming all Special Serum. Max Special Serum: 10. Special Serum gained per second: 1.
